Largest sheet size in its class The B2 XL sheet size (750 x 662 mm) is 25% larger than other leading B2 digital printers. This means that six A4 pages can be printed on one sheet, including trimming, finish, and production data. There is enough space for items such as a complete 12-page A4 landscape brochure, 2-up tri-fold brochures, or 24 A5 postcards on one sheet. Prepare even more cards, labels, tickets, hangtags, and pieces of packaging.

Accurate registration The registration control gate (see right) corrects paper shift and presents a aligned sheet to the transport system for accurate transfer of each sheet through the imaging process. After imaging, the low-stress fixing process ensures dimensional stability of substrates and guarantees that even the largest duplex sheets are supported within tolerances of ± 0.5 mm.

Even distribution of colors

The even distribution of toner across the width of the image area is key to maintaining high image quality, especially on the B2 XL sheet at Revoria GC12500. The new toner transfer optimization technology utilizes the smallest toner particle sizes in the world, contained in Fujifilm's Super EA Eco toner, to create a “magnetic brush” with greater height and density, allowing for a more even distribution of colors over larger areas than ever before on a toner printer.

Easy management

Revoria Press GC12500 is designed to be very easy to use, making it a strong option for upgrading from an SRA3 printer – with low operator knowledge requirements.

• Sheet sizes ranging from a minimum of 636 x 469 mm to a maximum of 750 x 662 mm,
• In addition to paper and cardboard, you can print on some materials such as PET and other synthetic materials without the need for special coatings or pretreatment.
• Whether coated or uncoated, single or double-sided, the printing specifications are the same: from lightweight papers at 64 g/m² / 0.06 mm to heavy cardboard sheets or carton stocks at 450 g/m² / 0.6 mm.
