The website www.uni-biro.si is owned by Uni-Biro d.o.o., which is also the operator of the website. Uni-Biro d.o.o. conducts business exclusively with legal entities (B2B) through its own online portal www.uni-biro.si.

The website www.uni-biro.si serves as an information system intended to present the sales program and services, as well as to submit orders and inquiries for current and future business partners of Uni-Biro d.o.o.

To log into the information system, a business partner of Uni-Biro d.o.o. will obtain a username and password. The password is known only to the business partner and is private. The business partner must ensure that they are the only one using the username or that the person representing them is authorized to act on their behalf.

The website www.uni-biro.si presents the sales program and services of Uni-Biro d.o.o. The items and services displayed on the website do not include VAT. Prices and items are for informational purposes only.

Minimum Purchase Value

The minimum total purchase value is set at 20 EUR (excluding VAT). This restriction does not apply to business partners with whom Uni-Biro d.o.o. has established a mutual cooperation agreement.

Delivery

Processed or completed orders are delivered by Uni-Biro d.o.o. through its contractual partner - Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.

Confidentiality

Uni-Biro d.o.o. collects and processes only those data from business partners or clients that are necessary for smooth electronic business operations. Business partners or clients provide this data either through forms on the website www.uni-biro.si or through other means (telephone conversations, emails, etc.).

Uni-Biro d.o.o. and the business partner agree that the data accessed during electronic services constitutes a business secret and will therefore be adequately protected and not disclosed to third parties without appropriate legal grounds.

The data provided by the customer or business partner is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 59/1999, 57/2001, 59/2001-corr.) and the Consumer Protection Act - ZVPot-UPB1 (official consolidated text - Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 14/03).
