FUJIFILM Revoria Press EC1100 provides support for numerous applications and offers a wide range of options for creative finishing. It ensures high image resolution quality even at high printing speeds, while enhancing image vibrancy, providing smooth transitions between tones, and ensuring text sharpness. In addition to aesthetically appealing features, the printer can also handle longer formats and heavier types of paper.

Maximum speed of 100 pages per minute and high productivity with mixed media

Achieve high utilization rates with a high-performance print engine that produces 100 pages per minute^*1. Printing mixed jobs^*2 on coated and uncoated paper with minimal downtime, along with image quality adjustment optimized when changing paper. Long paper sizes of 330 x 1,200 mm can also be printed at a speed of 16 pages per minute with an air suction feeder.

High-performance air suction feeder handling media

Each sheet is securely picked up and delivered by a head using air suction, which improves paper feeding performance for low-quality, textured, and coated media.

Supports long paper lengths up to 1,200 mm

The printer supports a wide range of paper sizes - from 98 x 148 mm to 330 x 488 mm. Equipped for all configurations, the multi-sheet inserter for printing banners also prints on long paper (330 x 660 mm) with the option for single-sided printing on long paper (330 x 1,200 mm) and automatic double-sided printing on long paper (330 x 864 mm), opening up new applications and business opportunities.

Everything from thin flyers to thick business cards can be printed. Furthermore, it can not only handle heavy long paper up to 350 gsm*, but also excels in media handling efficiency and versatile printing to meet a wide range of customer demands.

Increase productivity with Revoria Flow EC11

The print server maximizes printer productivity, quickly processing high-performance jobs at high resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, 10 bits, while easily handling variable printing and other high-performance tasks.

"Intermediate Data Format" (IDF) reduces the size and processes jobs at high speed.

Text and images are automatically defined and managed in object units, with high image quality prioritized and processed quickly while minimizing performance loss.

High-speed processing is achieved with the "RIP acceleration board" hardware.

The printer operates efficiently across the physical specifications of the server, allowing for quick output performance with adjusted high speeds.

Edge enhancement:

Contour screen processing reproduces sharp text and lines by suppressing jaggedness that often occurs in fine lines and text.

Text/line weight adjustment:

Multiple toner density levels are available for selection, applied to the contour to adjust the desired balance for improved text readability. In these processes, the printer mitigates the compression of white text and bolds black text when the text is small.

Correct errors with visual log display

Check user logs easily with the timeline feature that displays job status, printer status, and history in chronological order.

Stable color reproduction with 3D calibration

Revoria Press EC1100 ensures accurate color calibration with an Inline sensor or X-Rite i1® Pro 3 spectrophotometer. It also supports stable color reproduction, featuring high-resolution 3D calibration, including feedback for both single and mixed colors.

Automation with Inline sensor

Save time and improve efficiency with automated adjustments for color calibration, media image alignment, image transfer adjustment, uniform density adjustment, and tone reproduction curve adjustment.

Optimize printing conditions for each paper type

Reduce adjustments when setting up print jobs with preset parameters in the media library, such as tension and skew. Optionally, you can customize the preloaded list of recommended paper types and save up to 1,000 paper type settings for faster print job preparation.

From monitor to printer

Eliminate the need to check colors with every print. The "Colour Profile Maker for Display" allows you to accurately check* the color of printed materials on your screen. *: Some color ranges may not be reproducible.

Reduce downtime due to jams with automatic clearing of remaining paper after a jam.

Easy troubleshooting during a jam

When a paper jam occurs, offset pages are inserted to identify any missing or duplicate pages.

5. Compact roller fuser with belt feeder

6. Built-in double decurler
   This device corrects the curvature of paper that can negatively affect stable transfer. The amount of correction can be adjusted to match the size and orientation of any type of paper curvature.
    
7. Compact paper cooling device
   Stable paper transfer and smooth finishing for high-quality print jobs are achieved with the help of a compact paper cooling device.
    
8. Inline sensor
   Don't waste time on settings and machine jams with automated adjustments for color calibration, media image alignment, image transfer adjustment, uniform density adjustment, and tone reproduction curve adjustment.
    
9. Real-time curvature correction
   The amount of curvature in prints can be adjusted by installing additional curvature removal module D1.
