Our new automation system will allow our customers to upgrade their high-quality, wide-format Acuity Hybrid machines with a complete solution. This robust system, designed to support and accelerate production lines, includes a loading feature for feeding rigid substrates into the printer and an unloading system for offloading material from the printer onto a pallet in just 34 seconds. It can be configured for full or partial automation.
Key additional features include:
- A 4-lane feeding system capable of feeding 4 sheets simultaneously
- 2 vacuum-equipped arms on the conveyor belt
- Patented snap-on system for connecting with the printer
- Preset media selection
- Laser alignment system for precise media positioning
- Additional ionization system to eliminate static on challenging materials (polyester/PP)
- Roll-to-roll functionality with door access on both sides of the system
We will showcase this exceptional technology, demonstrating the unloading function on an all-new machine.
