The company processes your personal data:

Implementation of video surveillance in the business premises of UNI-BIRO d.o.o., Ljubljana for:
-    ensuring the safety of people and property, 
-    ensuring the security of work premises and monitoring access to business premises.
Types of personal data processed for this purpose:
-    Video recording of an individual (image),
-    Location of recording,
-    Date of recording,
-    Time of recording.
 Due to the nature of the controller's activities, video surveillance is implemented in the business premises. Video surveillance is conducted to ensure the safety of people and property and the security of work premises and monitoring access to the company's business premises. 
 
How long we retain the data:
Video recordings from surveillance cameras are kept for up to 1 year from the time of recording. In cases of suspected criminal acts or violations, this is in accordance with the statutory limitation periods defined for prosecuting criminal acts, claiming damages, or in the event of legal proceedings, for no longer than five years from the finality of the legal act that decided the matter which was subject to judicial or other legal proceedings.

Users of Personal Data

The nature of our business is such that we may need to share your personal data with other contractual processors and controllers who cooperate with us in certain cases. 
-    In the event of detecting a criminal act or an adverse event – Police, Prosecutor's Office, insurance companies, and other competent authorities.
Contractual processors may only process personal data within the framework of the controller's instructions and may not use personal data for pursuing any of their own interests.

 

Unusual further processing of video recordings, such as transfers to third countries, real-time monitoring, and the possibility of audio intervention during real-time monitoring

-    The company UNI-BIRO d.o.o., Ljubljana does not transfer video recordings to third countries or international organizations.
-    The company UNI-BIRO d.o.o., Ljubljana does not further process video recordings for purposes not stated in this notice.
-    The video surveillance system allows monitoring of so-called live footage, or real-time monitoring through the video surveillance system monitors.
-    The video surveillance system does not permit audio recording during real-time monitoring.     

 

Information on specific impacts of processing, especially further processing

The controller does not further process, transform, or process video recordings for other purposes as specified in this notice. The processing of video recordings will not have specific impacts on individuals' rights.

We reserve the right to adjust or update this notice without prior notification. The notice published here will be valid at all times.

Any changes to the video surveillance notice will be posted on the company's internal bulletin board or on the company's usual electronic platform.
